No. For the reason you will have to type /yes. You in no way are obligated to pay after pressing te button.

I suggest this:

A dispenser will pull items from adjacent chests. This greatly helps (not fixes) the refilling problem needed for dispensers.

The dispenser could pull items from a chest randomly, or in order. It could pull items when the dispenser is empty, periodically (every tick, every 2 ticks, every second, etc.), when a button beside the dispenser is pressed, and/or if the dispenser is activated by any redstone current.

I don't think this requires a client modification, just a server one.
