I have a question on the words of Rokkrwolf312:

The staff have decided to reject this request. Puged blocking off the realm to buy the realm was allowed, because he was a previous realm member and wanted to make sure he or his guild would buy it instead of other players.

From this, my question:

Am I allowed to kick people out of the two phoenix realms near spawn, in an effort to purchase the realms myself? As I am a previous guild member for 9 months and have rights to both realms. From my interpretation above, a gray area arose in my mind to whether I am allowed to kick non guild members and others without rights to outside of the realm boundaries. ("instead of other players.")

I see I'm a little late on the subject but I will post anyway.

If they aren't on the realm users list then you can ask them to leave if they are in it. So it falls under trespassing.

Also we the staff have had a few discussions about certain realms near spawn having historic value that make them realms to protect The Phoenix itself will fall under this and will be protected. Therefore I will state here and now for everyone to see, The Phoenix will not/can't be removed/altered without prior staff consent. The surrouding area of it can be altered freely.

There will be several other sites that will fall under historic realms. More info regarding this will be posted within the next few days but it has been discussed before and was supposed to be posted awhile ago but it's been pushed aside.

There is no eta currently, but the one he is planning is om his to-do list along with a list of other things.

I hope it comes soon, as the current disband system courses frustration, greed and a bit unfair gameplay based on luck.
