I think it was explained last night, if it hasn't been updated, that PVP might be a command, for a user, so that only people with PVP on, would be able to fight.

I support the mods being able to check chests. Also how about mods being able to check the inventory of an offline player?! That would be really helpful!

I'm for the type of lock in which people have to lock it themselves, ala block atop them, but I'm strongly against the idea of having a thief's name branded on a chest for an instaban. That's just retarded, and this thread is meant to voice our opinions, so I am.

I understand that but saying it 3+ times over abd over with a hit of trolling on top isn't a good way to get your opinion implemented. I think the block on top works but isn't foolproof. That is where the plugin comes in. It is just like a backup system on top of the block thing.

I kind of do like the chest lock thing. If it's already against the rules, why allow it? It's simply ensuring that rules are followed by forcing them upon you. Also, for the block-on-top-of-chest thing, it makes it look SOOO ugly, no matter what kind of block it is. It is also a pain to have to go: destroy, open, close, place, destroy, open, close, place. It takes up a lot more time than: open, close, open, close.

But overall, I don't care if the chest lock is implemented or not.

Irrelevant. We're simply debating it back and forth in a civil manner, explaining how much it slows over time. The block on top has been since improved, I can promise that.
