Suggestion: make it able to be able to dispense a certain amount at 1 time. instead of having to keep repressing the buttons and typing /yes like 15 times. maybe when you press the button it will say.

Are you sure that you would like to buy [how many items] for [amount of creds] ?
Type /Yes to continue to purchase

or be able to decide whether you want to buy 1 or 20 or however many you want..

Normal tax applies?

Person receiving credits has to be online?

Will there be an item-check system involved?

How will possible rip-offs be enforced, or is it use at your own risk?
Tax, yes
No, player doesn't need to be online.
Use at your own risk. I don't forsee a huge issue though - even a single block of glowstone is worth less than 200 credits.

And of course, anyone purposely scamming, etc, would be banned, as usual.

If one payment pays for one click of a button. Wouldn't it be possible especially with lag for people to enter through the doors in the time. As if I pay 100rc to enter a room of someone else, missed the door, I would need to pay another 100rc to have another shot?

I would recommend some way to disable the fee for certain players. For example, if I had a building in my community, I would want members of my community to be able to enter for free, while outsiders pay a small price. Of course, making member of the realm not need to pay the fee is one solution, but then again, maybe you wouldn't want everyone in your community to have building rights for the realm. Maybe have an option like:

/realm fee <playername>

to toggle whether a certain player needs to pay fees or not. I don't know if players can have names with only numbers or not though.

I do see doors as being a problem though. I'm capable of building a double-door redstone system with a delay... but I don't think many people would go through the trouble. I suppose people who implement delay systems will have to put up signs to reassure the users, while other doors, you use at your own risk.

perhaps a more appropriate command to exempt players would be: /realm fee exempt, or /realm exempt :)

Edit: this also means i can re-introduce mine cart dispensers to the subway, cause people would have to pay for the carts so wouldn't take more than they needed! :)

Could you add some kind of counter to dispensers that use these buttons so the buyer would know if there is anything left in the dispenser? Or if not a counter just a simple "empty" indicator of some kind? Otherwise in shops how will someone know if they are going to get a product they are trying to buy? It wouldn't be someone intentionally cheating the buyer, the seller might just not have been on in time to restock the product.

Also, personally, I would like to be able to see the number of credits received while I was logged off. So when I log in, I would get a message saying "You received xx credits while offline"... and the message should not show if nothing is received (or maybe if there are no realms with fees). If the message always showed, it would confuse pretty much every single new player.
