So the day has finally come where I have decided to sell a bunch of my realms next to Roanoke. I have moved on to another set of realms near spawn for some major projects and I need the money more than I need these realms.

The 6 realms I am selling are my manor and the 5 realms surrounding it. My manor included a nice organized storage room, enchanting table with bookshelves and 4 potion stands (Pictures below). One of the other realms is my giant farm. It has a large sugarcane, wheat, melon, and pumpkin farm. (Pictures below). The rest a small village I made, a blacksmith, and a custom made nether portal. All of the land that I built on are flattened out so if you wanted to tear it all down it would just be the buildings.

Also I cleaned out the majority of the chests in the realms but some of them still have stuff. The farm in particular has a bunch of harvested crops left over. Also there is 1 glowstone on the premises

54k I will pay the total in creds, but I would prefer to use valuables like diamond ore/enchanted picks/etc as part of the payment if possible. =)

it depends on the items you trade in but i'd prefure credits.

BUmp for Injustice! These are really clean realms guys and with the new teleporter it's quite likely places like Roanoke will have a lot more traffic now. Also I just got through selling a bunch of my realms there back to the server so it's go plenty of public realms around it including one with a zombie grinder.

So you're leaving the area Joe? That's too bad. I'll bid 65k for the realms in the interest of keeping the current builds up and/or possibly using the area for expansion later.

I wonder if people forgot they could actually set spawn at Roanoke. The main purpose of a having a realm close to a spawn is so you have your main home and storage close to a spawn so you can set your home out in the wilderness for mining or whatever.

Yeah, i wanted to hang on to them but we get such a small amount of people coming through it got boring, plus i have like 3 major projects all going on near spawn. I really need my /home to be those realms now.
