My idea is that we make all realm owners that have subway track and tunnels on there land concent to a few rules. I know that it is there realm and all but it can be really annoying when track is blocked and such.
1: all track must be kept open at all times unless closed for track/ repairs.
2:all track must be kept operational to the best of the realm owners ability however realm owners can get apart or pm to fix it if they wish.

My main reason for this thred is because some sections of track has been blocked for reasons that have nothing to do with the track its self why can't the realm owners concerned just block the station off instead of making travel difficult for others.
Please can you discuss this idea.

Sounds legit. I haven't run into problems recently because I haven't been using the subway recently. But if it's interrupting people's routines, it should be fixed pronto. Enough said.

There are ways that people can come into having a subway on their land against their will, though. They could buy the plot not knowing it's there or purchase it from another person with the same result.

That being said, I fully support eminent domain in the case of subways. It serves a great purpose to every member of Minerealm, while only taking what is typically a 3x3x50 chunk which is minuscule in the grand scheme of 50x50x256. I believe you do not have to be forced to make a subway through your realm, but if you acquire a realm with a subway built through it, it should supercede your right to that specific piece of land.

Also, I believe this is a rule anyway.

I decently agree with you it is there realm but they do have a commitment to carry thoough once they concent to the subway.

any disruption of the subway by landowners without the permission of the subway managers, myself (KingSpartacus) and Lm108, is classed as briefing and is therefore a bannable offence. just to remind anyone who may have forgotten. i shall be coming online tomorrow to see whats what as i've just come back from my holidays and working a festival.

I never agreed to have subway through my realms yet it is going through many of them

I have no issue with where any subway line runs through my land. If neccesary, I will shift the rail higher/lower and supply the materials to do so if it such a problem. People seeing my hidden lands is worth the trouble.

I never agreed to have subway through my realms yet it is going through many of them

if they were already in place when you bought the realm, and you don't want them, you are responsible for diverting them around your realm(s). if you don't mind them being there, why comment? and if they were built through without your permission it is because you did not respond to multiple messages from multiple people including myself and Lm108, and therefore were deemed inactive, so again, you would be responsible for diverting the tracks.
