I have just realized that due to our map being wiped when 1.9 comes out (realms are being saved) I'll need to retract the 1000 piece track I just laid in public land. To anyone who is building or planning to connect with the subway tunnels it is important you stay in private land for now. 1.9 won't be released till mid october, so we will have to wait a month to begin construction into public land (again). That is all!

Righto so cease major work on expansion and concentrate on improving existing tunnels which ly in private land.

I'm thinking it might be useful to build some workmens' access shaft stairwells along the tunnels at specific points for emergency escape (for lost players who wonder down the tunnels).

For planning sake is there a set of coords outside of Spawn City that we are going to be able to connect to. I'm hoping to avoid having to ask for build rights or wait for each Realm owner to cut a tunnel into the city. That and who knows if they even play or are banned. I know you guys have put a considerable amount of work and thought into this already hence why I'm asking.

Also where will the return lines be to the cities? I noticed before that the existing tunnels are not wide enough to accomidate the many different areas that are hoping to connect into it.

I think the tunnels inside spawn city are all complete so the only thing left to so is wait for the map wipe and start carving through public land.

As for griefing, we'll just have to get mods to do rollbacks constantly or maybe only allow trusted people (or people who pay) access to the railway (ofcourse you could still dig down to it in public land).
