We wanted to make it an event-realm (Building contest, PvP, puzzles) for everyone and build an underground-city for our 20 members (me, eah2119, big_al_jackson, ratta237, gaudino, ...) and

I would build a free food stand at the realm with a fully automated system to provide food to the users of Minerealm. By doing so we will solve world hunger and make Minerealm a better place.

Starting to think about this some more. On a serious note I might have a cool design in mind which would need a realm dug out to bedrock so on that not you hollowing out the realm would have been for nothing

I want it for a cause that will benefit many, many, many players. Sort of similar to Bone's. The realm will become a public, open patch of land for people to do whatever they want in it. However, anyone who wants access will pay a fee of less than 100rc. 100% of this will go towards various groups, projects and charities.

You are probably thinking this will look horrible, and it will not: I will gather ideas and make designs for a nice looking, short wall with overpasses. Our server is very developed currently. This offers a rare thing: a small patch of what can be as close to vanilla MC as possible, but on Minerealm! There will be warnings when people ask to be added, because I want to see if griefing and stealing could be permitted.

Perhaps the biggest plus for this is the funding for other server projects.
Players like to, and in turn will pay <100rc for:

• Building what ever they want close to spawn
• Competing for resources and land
• PVPing (maybe)
• Digging secret underground bases
• Mining (yep I'll hide ores & plant stuff)
• And almost everything else in Vanilla Minecraft

This will also motivate players to go out to public land to get the rc in order to get in.

Hello. I want this spawn realm because I LOVE pvping and like the Sky Arena and would LOVE to own it.
Another few reasons is to give permission to my friends, build something fancy, and own an awesome, clean spawn realm. Even though this is like a minerealm lottery (REALLY low chance) I won't stop believing! Thank you for reading this.
