You've got your subway line now. It's up to you to connect to it, but it runs right to x-600,z4900 (at y-30). It's only a single line at the moment, but it connects up to the NFN/Abyssus line. There is a manual exchange when you hit the NFN/Abyssus line because I didn't want to put in a stop for such a limited line. Once you connect to it, I'll update the signs.

uh sure, talk to suikadesu and ask him where he wants you to connect to New Frogtown, and also whomever it is that runs Abyssus, those would be the two places you could legitimately connect to
