I think I'm settled on the one I just posted. The area is relatively unoccupied, flat but not uninteresting, and has ocean frontage as well as a nice big mountain. Suits everyone's needs.

Good, I like the oceanfront area. I probably will end up hanging there, farmer and all, and I enjoy living on docks.
I can't say I remember Sparkyman, but the name rings a bell, sort of.

Sorry I can't contribute rc wise at this point as I have just bought myself an island. But I would like to contribute in any other way, I may even throw a few community tools this way if I can stomatch villy trading again.

Is the possible finalist within rail access?
I can probably donate gold for rails if needed, although I did offer my existing stocks to the east/west line.

I'm pretty sure I have rails I could donate also, and I would feel excellent to help with our subway.

Just checked, I appear out of powered rails but have at least 11 stacks of plain rails. I may have things elsewhere, and I cannot afford to make powered rails... but I can make a lot of plain rails.
