Donations do not entitle anyone to any specific of special given privellage or right, it's a condolence given to the people asking as a gift which has no value of cost or need of importance that you are willing to give and not see again nor ask for reimbursement in the future at any given time.

Also 150 powered rails isn't anything to jump at, I've had to install over 300 powered rails in our station alone, and that barely covers 4/12 actively planned subway lines.

One question:

WHY is taking the materials along the subway walls and filling them in with cobble not allowed? The realms are public, and it's not taking from future realm owners if public mining is allowed.

I don't see why that couldn't be allowed, we tend to leave things like cobble and iron in the walls as we dig the tunnels. Feel free to take those resources, just ya fill it in with cobble after.
