I think we'd appreciate it if you set us an example. There wouldn't be arguing except you decided to tie something completely innocent to real life.

How about when Shamp's Restaurant was 'Investigated' by a Minerealmer, and was found to have 'unsafe furnaces' and a 'chicken infestation'- No one saw this as an attack on sanitation and safety officials. How come having something similar to that makes you so outraged? The people here were most definitely, judging by who they are and how they've acted in the past, not intending to hate Social Justice workers.
If I go out on Minerealm and mockingly 'arrest' someone for murdering pigs, am I mocking the police forces?

Now to get back on topic. I'm appalled that no one has addressed concern to the fact that the villagers enslaved to Iron Trench Co. suffer far worse fates then their cousins the golems. They exist indefinitely inside cramped and wet conditions with absolutely no room to move freely. The only hope for them is that they will despawn promptly on a server save and finally be put out of their misery. The living quarters meet the bare living requirements by having slits for windows that give the villagers some false hope of escape. Which is in itself cruelty.

It is therefore a request has been put forth and accepted by the Mojang Headquarters to disable the use of such farms in the future and will be enacted as soon as the means to enforce new villager laws exists. The law is known simply as "1.8" and it will liberate golems and villagers alike. However we are still aware that there will be ways in which these harmless creatures will be exploited in the future but it is just another part of our ongoing battle to help protect these selfless, passive entities.

The direction in which this thread derailed brought back pleasant memories of my villager trading days. It was wonderful to make so much money selling them before they became so abundant that ownership of them started to be given away for free.
