Well, the construction of New Aquaria seems to be on permanent hiatus.

Cog has apparently jumped ship without telling any of those involved or giving any instructions for what should be done while he is gone.

So that means:
The Subway will not be finished.
The Residential District's ceiling will not be finished.
The main Sphere will not be finished (Which Cog has demoted to a simple subway/transport hub. Crazy SOB wants to make the "real" city a 5x5 glass sphere)
No new players will be added to the realms.

Should Cog be reading this right now, here's a suggestion: Sell all the realms to someone else and let them take over. At least then something will get done.

You and I can co-own if it comes down to that, right Sil.
I did get the transport from the labor district to the sphere done though.
Also did Cog officially quit or are you assuming based on recent events?

Based off of recent events and lack of recent events.

If things continue as they are, I may give up on this project and go start a city elsewhere.

I'm thinking under a mountain biome with a very strong Dwarven influences.

Well, it may be a rash decision, but I propose we move forward with the project regardless of Cog's participation.

We'll finish what we have so far (Sphere, Residential, and Subway) then move onto other projects.

Edit: And since Cog neglected to leave any plans behind for the Sphere, we're going to be taking it from his proposed "transport hub" to the city center. Banks, town halls, ect.

WHAT NEEDS DOING
Order on list = order in which things ought to get done (subject to change as thing happen)

Subway
The subway to spawn needs extending to the Sphere. This includes building it up just like the rest of the currently build length of subway. In addition, there needs to be a connection between the completed sections and the previously established sections. Mostly in the form of rails and proper lighting. At this point, things at that end (Past the NTC section) don't have to be pretty, just functional and safe. Donations of rails is always appreciated of course.

Residential
The ceiling needs finishing. Cog had some sort of ornate pattern planned out that only he knew. Well I say screw that. We replace the previous sections of sandstone with glass and make the roof flat glass. We then go out underwater and clear off the dirt from the top. The last order of business topside is clearing away the dock/harbor, the tree far and the melon farm.

After that, we clear away the very top floor and the former supply platform, finish up the plot spacing, then finish up the town square with a way to ascend and descend the two floors. The storage room on the first floor needs to be expanded and all the chests currently under the storage platform on the second level need to be moved and sorted into the level 1 storage room.

The current small room off on the west side of the first floor will be converted and expanded into a farm for the residents and connect to the second floor as well.

Sphere
Since Cog had no idea how to finish the Sphere, we're going to go with the previously proposed Tier and Spire suggestion I put forth earlier. First should be the building of the Subway and Residential stations, which should give us an idea of where to build the tiers. After the stations are finished, one group will be assigned to work on the glass sphere (for those that know how to make the sphere) while the other group works on laying out the tier levels.

Once the glass top is finished, the center spire will be started and we will be forced to either integrate the platforms into the spire or destroy them (save for the Nether Portal). The spire and the top tier layer will be connected via bridges, the size and shape depending on some later agreement by the builders. Once the spire and tiers are finished, shops, parks, homes and other buildings can start being built.

"Yes, Cogohst doesn't abandon his friends and the city will be completed when he gets a chance to come on. While you wait propose new ideas etc, get materials, try and find more workers, etc."

I've helped with the subway as much as possible and would love a chance to work on the 100 voxel sphere. I would provide all of my own glass, I just want to work on something that big.
