As I posted in chucktesta11's Public Farm idea,

They still have to work for it this way, but it's easier. And they get more stuff (rc, iron, gold, diamond...)
Just thought of this: For population control, I'll keep a log and have software tell me when a time frame (~3 weeks) is up for each player and I'll remove them from the land so new players can come in.
