Forgot to bold the last department, and I think 'Science and Technology' or something in the items pricing thing is spelled wrong.

[Update (2/22/12)]

The exterior of the tower has been finished! We are now currently working on the storage room and a subway system. After the storage room is finished utility construction will begin alongside with item production.

About the list of "chain stores" you refer to, is it a list of chain stores operated by ROL, inc., or is it a list of shops in Lumina?

Also: are you currently distributing/selling plots (all kinds) and can you take reservations if I pay in advance.

Chain stores is going to be like a person owning a Taco Bell. You can have a Lumina store in your city and you get supplied with goods and such, but we get some of the profits; which in turn, you also make money.

And I'm not that sure about plots yet. Were still working on the downtown part of the city. Once I get something substantial on the way plots will be set up, along with commercial and other things I'll post here.

Edit: But if anyone is looking to apply for the faction you can still apply using the proper format.
