Someone gave the 'ghastly18' account to someone else, so the person playing as 'ghastly18' is new. I understand this is not really an excuse, but I'll talk with him. He won't do it again.

I saw ghastly18 pvping on the red carpet yesterday with bsmarcus I believe. I don't think a ban is necessary. But there should definitely be a sign saying "No PvP On Red Carpet" if there isn't already.
