This is alright as a contract enforced by the owner of the realm.

In no way did the OP request for this to be an official rule, but just a basis, an idea for realm owners to use if they rent out/allow people to build in their realm.

I personally use 50x50 to sky structures for superfarms, or in my current project's case, 100x50 to sky...

Intelli should sticky this, or make it some form of official rule.

I think it's dumb because cobble on Texture packs looks REALLY nice.

In parts of this I do understand but in others I do not. Cobble is the best brick available for any job when it comes to none natured themed buildings of any kind because without cobble, any predecessor block used (Sb SsB, sS etc) are all non existent without it. It's the same thing as also noting, minecraft is a game of building, thats what make the game fun, you can build anything you want, Anything, if you don't like it then don't rent to people. As for us, we have basic rules that discourage people from building buildings that aren't what we intend for but, other then that, there isn't much you can do. A city isn't a city without people and there ideas as well. It takes many to make something great.

I'm not trying to tell people what to do. I'm merely giving a suggestion and trying to help those that appreciate the finer quality of buildings -unlike Vailure- Almost puked when I saw that.

I wouldn't doubt that Vailure could build something exponential. But The Cobble Clause is just a guideline that renters can have their rentees agree to.


Not trying to pressure people into not using cobble, because in moderation cobble can be fine, hence the first point I made.
