NORDICA GOES TO THE POLLS IN THE COUNTRY'S FIRST REFERENDUM

The Electorate of Nordica have the chance to vote in a referendum concerning an experiment in communication between Trinity and Nordica

Important Notice: If you live in Nordica, own property in Nordica or own plots of land named Nordica and thereby qualify for voting rights, Nordica urges you to contact kingofturves via the forums if you haven't yet received a voting letter on the issue. Citizens of Nordica are urged to be registered on the forums for future votes and referendums.

Here is a copy of the referendum question put to the electorate

A Proposal has been put forward by a member to create a merged guild chat between Trinity and Nordica.
The proposer was SilverKnightM and this was seconded by roehug.

Proposal
The proposal is whilst both sides will keep their old guild chats, the idea is that everyone will leave those guild chats and join a new guild chat group.
There has been an old alliance between Trinity and Nordica and this experiment will hopefully bring us together.
This idea does not mean that Nordica or Trinity will be renaming any realm plots. All that will occur is the two guild chat parties (The system of guild chat we use) will be merged into a single guild chat.
The aim is to allow members to converse with each other and hopefully build better ties.
There will be a trial period of 2 weeks with the joined chat system afterwhich we will go back to our old guild chats for 1 week and then review the situation.

For this to go ahead I need a simple majority vote of Yay! (Yes) for it to succeed:

Voting opens now and will end on Sunday 09:00 GMT.

This is a brave experiment to see the effects of combining guild chats, voting is currently underway and results will be announced in the next issue.

NORDICA VOTES YAY! TO MERGING GUILD CHAT WITH TRINITY

A question was put to the electorate of Nordica regarding the qustion of merging guild chat with Trinity. With the results in the Nordican Electorate voted in favour of merging in a simple majority vote.

Nordica and Trinity are now currently one week into a two week trial where the guild chats have been merged under a third guild called Legacy. It is expected after the two week trial period, that the parties will move back to their previous guilds to reflect on the experiment, potentially signalling further involvement and co-operation in future.
Trinity and Nordica have been long term allies and relations have always been quite warm, dating back to the days of Wings of Heaven and Turves in Survival 2.0.
