Is there a realm that you really need to buy but dont have enough credits.
Heres how it works, I buy the realm(s) that you would like, then when you have payed the full agreed amount then i sell the realms to you.
Realm costs 10,000 which I pay initially and give you build rights (if required)
You pay (1,111 x n) initial fee.
Travel costs
If the realm you require is:
more than 1000 blocks from a subway station then an extra 500cr charge applies
more than 2000 blocks from a subway station then an extra 750cr charge applies
more than 3000 blocks from a subway station then an extra 1000cr charge applies.
Payment option 1
1 month @ (12000 x n) per month
Payment option 2
2 months @ (7000 x n) per month
Payment option 3
3 Months @ (5000 x n) per month
Payment option 4
4 Months @ (4000 x n) per month
n = the number of realms you are having the loan for
Example:
1 realm with payment option 3 more than 2000 blocks from subway station.
Initial fee 1,111
1st payment 5000
2nd payment 5000
3rd payment 5000
Travel fee 750
Total 16861
These condidtions are subject to change. Any alterations made will not effect current policies.
If payments are not made within reasonable amount of time of the agreed dates (unless I am not online), ban requests will be made and ALL items in the realm become property of "The LARDIMUS_PRIME loan company©".
