I am bumping this thread. I have talked to MANY people regarding their spawn realms, and not one even had a price they would sell it for...And in the update the current map is what it will be, except for large map obviously. I think that their needs to be something to help other people get spawn realms. Couple ideas I have in mind.
1. I was thinking one idea we could do this is all spawn realm owners have to pay the 50k again, and if they don't the realm goes up for auction on forums? Money goes to intelli? Sounds harsh Don't know that todo?

2. We could have another spawn located along the same x as the current spawn, far out like 2500? or even set up another spawn in the enlarged map areas?

*The real reason behind no one selling is emotional purposes, rather than an actual purposes, A lot spawn realms are flat? Don't get it as it is a SPAWN realm, can't you have a flat realm out in and around public land? Please post comments, ideas, or even purposes on selling. Sorry, if I upset some people, its just kind of frustrating not being able to purchase a spawn realm.* Thanks!

I'm sick and tired of having flat realms near and around Spawn.

If I came onto this server and spawned in Spawn City. There is flat land, and nowhere to build. What is going to make me stay?

Nothing, and player retention is probably garbage because of this. Most people don't even know how to follow RED wool on the ground , let alone get the creative mind to venture out into the wilds.

You need something at Spawn to attract people, and flat land does not do it.

This Spawn Realm hoarding crap needs to stop. And matters have to be settled by a higher power then just the players, because they don't know how to give their junk up and move somewhere and do something else.

Most people that own Spawn Realms don't even use them, and have their actual houses elsewhere.

i could be persuaded to part with my spawn realms for 50k, they are adjoining, no more than a 3 minute sprint from spawn, on the x axis, somewhere about -225. they will be the -25 and +25 on the z axis.
