Chubsy loan

If chubsy gives me 10k and pays tax i will give him 20k when i have it ( soon )

Keep in mind him posting it on here also forces him to keep his word. Now everyone knows he's made this deal and if he doesn't come through he just stole money loaned to him so I'd say thats bannable? Idk I could be wrong.
