There is no such thing as forum time. Scroll down to the bottom, look at where it says "All times are:", and post that. For example, my forum time is UTC -5.

Also, would you consider a buyout price? I have a decent chunk of money to spend, but April 1st is kind of far away for me.

I know that it is bad to post on forums when in a ban, but I really want a realm near spawn for convenience.
