The Realm includes 1 Spider Spawner and 1 Zombie Spawner, on the same height level (about 60) and a horizontal distance of about 10 blocks (see image). On top of it is a mountain that could be uses for a small city or castle (http://map.minerealm.com/map/#/2568/64/535/-1/0/0)
There is a simple fall damage xp-grinder (2 hits)
The Nether Portal on top of the mountain is connected with a nether tunnel system that leads to spawn city and other locations like exodus.
