So, with all my high intelligence irl i never could wrap my head around the minecraft armor enchantment implementation.

1. Does "Protection 3 Armor Set" mean that each armor item has protection 3?
2. If "1" is yes, does that give the bearer a Protection 12 in total?? (stacking)
3. If "2" is no, then would wearing a single armor item with a Protection 3, in effect give u the same protection as this "Protection 3 Armor Set"?
4. If "3" is yes, then one should never wear 2 armor items of the same enchantment at the same time since it doesent stack right??

If the above questions appear as a mess, then please just answer this question:

5. Does armor enchantments STACK??
