NTC was removed from ownership of this realm, due to failing to meet the spawn point policies, outlined at http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2863 - specifically, "You cannot have a spawn point that directly opens up into a shop (or is in a shop) - spawn points created for advertising purposes will be rejected."

The owner of this realm was contacted and warned, but refused to comply. Therefore, we're starting bidding on this realm at 100,000 credits.
