Selling a realm close to spawn.

Co-ords are: X 125
Z 75

This realm is presented and sold as seen. Levelled grassland with access to underground storage room.

Realm is free to look around. Please do.

Chests are empty, however this is a good storage space.

Asking price is 50k. However, this is open to negotiations.

Ok... this will be the third time this realm sells in 2 months after going inactive. (I'm a neighbor on two sides) Whoever the owner is, please make some way for me to get to my plots behind it! (So I don't have to walk around, Ex. a hidden piston door?)

I am not interested in buying.

Gaps in the fence have now been created for you. You can now walk through the middle of the realm.
