I recently aquired the old 9falcon spawn condo realm and am looking to sell it in order to raise funds for Roanoke. Going to run a simple forum auction. Highest bidder by the time I wake up Wednesday morning gets it so long as they've met my reserve. I will reply in this thread once the reserve is met. The realm is located at -225x, 75z with the closest corner to spawn at -200x, 50z. One realm away from the 420 store with a road going right to it. The lot itself has been leveled off and we built a dirt mansion on it as a joke. Should take all of 20 minutes to tear down. I know it's not a true "spawn" realm but at 4 realms away from the spawn it's as close as you're probably going to get anytime soon.

Please start the bidding at 20k and increase in incremements of at least 1k. Good luck and happy bidding. I will want to complete the sale Wednesday so please make sure you have the funds available before bidding.
