* I give you 1000, you buy the realm and give me and a friend(*) building rights.
Week later - when I pay you 9000+1500 profit then you sell realm to me (is any tax payable here? if yes then I can cover it but write it before what tax it will be?)

You can not loose - because you can in worst case re-sell the realm and you keep my initial payment of 1000 to cover the -1000 you loose on tax when re-selling

If few people are interested, I pick the one with lowest needed interest but I prefer option 1 (just send me money) though it needs more trust so option 2 is good too.

Higher profit also possible.

This offer is actually entirely legitimate, as it's essentially just him asking for a loan, a spectacularly common process that's essentially a GIVEN to the point that nobody has felt the need to explicitly state approval. Also, the communist thing was a historical EXAMPLE, not an accusation.

- in up to 7 days I /give credits aalcalan 3500 (you receive 3150 so earn 650)
- btw, we need to lower taxes hehe...
