I have gotten loans from these people two times before, and they are completely true to their word. It has helped me out lots and I have been able to pay back the 31% rate very easily.

Perhaps the best part is the actual time Leafwarrior and physaux are online. I could easily contact them and repay them as soon as I was ready. I definitely recommend these services for anyone interested.

I want to start the Item Insurance™ soon.The concept would be to refund half the items lost maybe, for a small fee of credits(i.e. iron, gold, coal, wood, pumpkins etc.(as in resources,valubles precious metals(not diamonds, sorry))) woah that was long... so like if you are looted like a stack of iron we will give you 32 iron for maybe 100 credits? It would be easier if I was a mod, so I'm more of an authority figure, but I'm too young(as in half most mod's age). Think about it. If you're a rich guy(i.e. mtndewzane), then resources are usually more important(well, rare ones)then credits.

Steve wants to borrow 13k, and has 2 realms that he is able to offer as collateral. He wants to keep build rights while he gets the loan. Steve would have to pay back 13k + 38% = 13,000 * 1.38 = 17,940 + walking fees. Steve and I talk, and agree that because his realm is far, there is a 200rc walking fee. Since Steve wants build rights, we have to walk there twice. So the total he would have to pay back becomes 17,940 + 200 + 200 = 18,340. We agree that the total he would have to pay back is 18,340. Now because the collateral *almost* covers this (9k * 2 = 18k), we are ready to go. Since Steve wants to receive 13k, I need to send him a total where 90% is 13k, so 13k/0.9 = 14.444k. Since he has two realms as collateral, he sells each of his realms to me for 7.222k, and receives a total of 13k. I now walk over there, and add Steve to the realms so he can continue to build there as usual. Some time later, Steve is ready to repay the loan. He has to pay me 17,940 to get his collateral back. He calls me to come to the realms, and I then sell them to him for the total amount. And thats it.

I doubt anyone would want to do that because ONE gold ingot etc. ain't worth very much. Also, we'd be poor if we did that.
