Well, it looks like we're stuck in the same situation as Chubsy's spawn realm auction? What happened there was that Chubsy was left to decide, but it didn't matter anyway because Lav gave it up to Monkey. I guess it's up to Roob.

Well not really the auction ended at 22:00 BST which is when you both bidded, so it would go to last bidder before that which is me.

Well that's not how things were decided when Monkey bid on Chubsy's realm exactly at the end time. I don't think rules would be different here.

And keve, our post times show the same minute, and mine is actually before yours. If anything, I posted before you? Just look at the last page and you'll see that your post shows up after mine.

In a real auction once it hits the end time which was 22:00 BST any bid on or after that would be invalid.

Lav used the argument as you because you're right, this is how real auctions work, and Torn said that this wasn't eBay .

To be fair, VVolfie did say that she thought the realm should go to Lav.

In the end, however, Chubsy was left to decide and no one argued with that. After this auction the rules should be changed to make it one way or the other IMO. I say 'after this auction' because any new rules shouldn't apply to things that were made before the rules were put in place, because that wouldn't be fair to anyone, regardless of who it benefited.

Actually, the main point I was trying to make here is NOT that a bid after the end time should be counted, because I actually think that if I had posted between 22:00 and 22:01 rokkr SHOULD get the realm. I realize now that that is what you were trying to say Rokkr, and never mind my posts, you are completely right. However, I was looking at the official time when I posted it and there were 20 seconds left when I hit 'submit' and 2 seconds left after I made sure it was posted and checked the clock again. The forum time is off slightly, and this can be proven by making posts and trying it out. If I post my bid at the correct time, and someone else gets the realm because the forum time turns out to be wrong, that is completely unfair and incorrect in my and im sure pretty much everyone else's opinion, but I might be wrong.

Actually Lav gave up and let him take it. But she actually did win. Auctions when they have a end time once it hits that time that is the end there is no extra minute. That's how all auctions work not just ebay.

And I see your other post now and yeah that's was what I was trying to say. As far as the forum time being off it seems to be dead on for me.

I do realize that, that's why I said:

2 seconds left after I made sure it was posted and checked the clock again.

And when i did this the official time was 2 seconds before the end time. However, as a final check, I'm posting this at 22:34:55 and making sure that the forum processes this before 22:37:00. If this shows up as 22:35 then I guess Rokkr gets the realm :/
