I think it should say "used" in the title...

I personally never buy used pickaxes in the sense that the person obviously went and used it, still intending to sell it, so what makes you think he's not using it while we're all bidding on it? There's litterally zero assurance that the pick isn't down to 80% by the time you get it, if he doesn't keep it in it's prime.

That, and it's not Unbreaking III (carries the useless trait of efficiency), so every little use impacts it's value that much more.
