Dear MineRealmians,

I regret to inform you all that this service is now closed. This is not because I am choosing to close it, or do not have the time or effort required to continue making picks, but because I am no longer able to make or enchant picks or trade for emeralds. The villagers I used to operate this business all managed to close their offers in the same day, and now I can no longer continue this service. Additionally, I myself have no experience breeding new villagers, and those who I have contacted for assistance either can not, or do not wish to, breed new ones at this moment.

On a side note, if you have villagers that offer emeralds for paper, offer diamond picks for emeralds, or offer enchanted diamond picks, and are willing to let me use or borrow them, then please contact me. I may or may not be able to pay you or offer something to trade for your generosity depending on the situation of the trade, although that will be determined individually.

I am terribly sorry to those who I was unable to trade with, but please keep in mind that this is more upsetting for me than for you. I thank you for your interest in this business, even though it was ultimately a fail to a large degree. If you have an issue with the trade we had scheduled being canceled, please contact me and there may be something I can do in terms of a compensation or another similar trade.

I look forward to trading with all of you again, and I promise my next business will be more sturdy, be it the Villager 3.0, the Arcane Plaza, or something else.

I would love to know why villagers despawn here and not on other servers.
It really makes you question why you would continue to play on MineRealm.

You should leave a note on the technical issues thread Jack.

Edit: actually got some results from gooling this time. Seems its a spiggot issue although its been listed as solved on those threads.

I know spigot's the cause of many of our problems, so it seems logical to stop using it, but it would just put us in a worse place. It makes huge improvements on TPS which you wonder how mojang never implemented. It's good to have a public project for minecraft server improvement beyond mojang's small private group of coders.

Just want to point that out before someone suggests it.

Jack my main /home is not too far from Arcane and I have an infinite breeder set up there feeding from a zombie spawner.
In-fact its only around 100-150 blocks via the nether, so if we are ever on at the same time I could probably help you guys out with villies.

Thanks, that would be great. I can certainly be on almost constantly two weeks from now, although this week I'll be hard pressed to be on at all.
