Don't create an auction if you're not going to go through with it. Just sell it if you want a certain amount.

I would say that you should not bid on something if you don't have the full funds to back it up. Similar to how if you put something up for auction, consider it gone, you should also consider any credits bid on items to also be gone. So if you can't afford it, it shouldn't have been bid on.
Edit: New auction rule is as follows "Any auctions posted in the chat section will be locked(real or fake), contact a Staff member if it was put in the wrong section."Shouldn't even be necessary. But sadly, it is.
