10% intrest is actually a loss of money, as it requires 30% to make a profit, and 20% to break even. The reason is that if the bank is semi-decent, it will compinsate for tax, so there's an extra 10%. Then when the owner payes back, you will want them to compensate for tax, that's another 10%. And unless your just a generous person, you will want to make some profit, and that's another 10-20%. So overall it is more reasonable to pay 30-40% intrest.

if you have 2 zombie spawners within say 30 blocks of each other and on roughly the same level, i'd be interested in them. i'd want screenshots as proof though.

Exec, my advice would be to not buy the realms, wait until you make sure there are no double/triples, take screenshots, and then buy only realms of spawners people are buying/that are double or triple. Don't buy every spawner you see.
