I find it humorous that I built the storage room, and fixed up the building on the realm, but when I tried to sell it a month ago ( with stuff in the chests and glowstone in the building!) all I could get was a measly 20K, which didn't evem cover the cost of the realm in the first place.

Now everyone wants to buy it now that the building has been demolished, for 30-40K. Obviously, I've been going about this all wrong.
