I understand, my offer is fine with this: Server is not a party in such transaction.

Real money already gets "involved" if you pay 20 USD to buy MC, or do examples written in above post.

Seriously, you're neither a mod nor an admin, so you shouldn't be trying to speak for them. I'm also fairly sure this is one of those issues on which we need a ruling from Intelli himself, though I suspect it will be as you say. If you DO know a place where this has been stated one way or the other, though, please link it for the benefit of the populace.
