Instead of making another post in a thread where you're already the most recent poster, it would be better to click the "edit" button in the top corner of your previous post (next to the "quote" button) and add the new information that way. Making two separate posts in a row is referred to as "double posting" and is considered to be in bad taste since it takes up more space in the thread.

As for the things you're looking to buy, it would probably be better to only pay credits for the glowstone. Vines can easily be obtained with shears (just look at the map to find a swamp biome near your location), plain cobble is readily obtained from mining, and some of that cobble could be smelted to smoothstone and later crafted to stone brick.

I do like the combination of mossy cobble and vines. Depending on how much of them you use, it could make for either a nice garden-type area or an overgrown/abandoned-looking area.

Edit: I will also be renting realms out to people for 2k a week. If you think this is a bad idea tell me.

Renting out realms is not a bad idea in general, but 2K is too high of a price. If someone has enough income to afford 2000 credits per week in rent, they will probably just save up the 10,000 credits needed for their own realms. If you charge 500/week or 1000/week you might be able to find some people interested in participating.

Just as a question, is Mosstopia far away from spawn?

If so, I suggest getting workers, and letting them live for free. This way, they still benefit your city, but they wont be deterred by a price.
