Hit the Windows start button (assuming you have windows),
For Windows 7/Vista : In the search box type in "%appdata%".
For Windows XP (lower): Click 'Run' and type in "%appdata%".
Next find the folder called ".minecraft" and open it.
Next find the folder named "Screenshots".

This is where the screenshots you take in-game using F3 are stored.
