If no one beat's my offer, I'll sign a PO and pay you out in RC in order to make documentation for all the purchases i buy for Frog town Official. :d Also at this point and time our RC bank has allotted 12,000RC of unusable funds to pay this auction out in the event that someone doesn't bid higher then me, If so I don't break the PO down and take the 12,000RC back in to my pocket, I just let them go and this get's boughten and recorded.

Frog town only buys things via PO for everything. Nothing is owned freely by purchasing things just randomly because it allots to lost RC over time. Which is why everything that i purchase has a PO and then i can trace back to where and when i bought something in the event of something happening that is unforeseen by myself now or later.

Edit: Also sorry for not placing the "If nobody beats this offer etc etc, I've allotted room in our bank to buy this out as well line. I'm still half asleep from nightshift at work last night haha.."
