• You pay me 2500 credits now and take me to a public realm. (Tax is included!)
• I buy the realm and give you (and anyone else you list at the time of agreement) build rights.
• Within seven days, you buy the realm from me for the standard 10000 credits.

If you don't buy the realm from me within seven days, it becomes my realm. You have another seven days after that to collect any items left on the realm or they become mine, too.

I will not touch anything on this realm while I am holding it for you, unless you prevent me from entering it as required to administer the loan. All disputes between players with build rights are to be resolved through normal staff requests.

Fees:

Good point. You are free to wait until you have 10000 credits before buying your first realm. That's what I did. Similarly, in real life, I buy everything with cash* and have no loans of any kind. However, not everyone chooses to live their lives in this way. I'm offering a service for those who wish to have a protected realm sooner than they otherwise would.

* Credit card, for cash back, then keep it paid off.

What I am trying to get at is that you still have to give the other person his/her items back, regardless if they haven't paid you for the realm.

Excuse me? Who are you to tell if this idea is dumb? It isn't your business is it? He can make this business if he wants.. It doesn't mean you have to go get a loan from him..

Oh, about you saying that this is against the rules.. He is giving them seven days to move their stuff out of the realm.. That is more than enough time! And plus it is technically his realm in the first place. Go get some sleep before you flame another thread!
