You need something at Spawn to attract people, and flat land does not do it.

True, back in 3.0 spawn was full of shops, banks, ect. People would be constantly build and re-design builds weekly. It was a pretty cool place. Now spawn looks pretty nice but people rarely ever build or change things up. All in all, it's boring.

in need of a map wipe as a lot of people have been saying recently, tis a shame Intelli refuses to have another wipe :/

I'm doing my best to keep mine interesting, changing up the pixel art every few days.

In fact, right now, I will start renting out my spawn realm at 125, 25 for 4k per week. Though, I may refuse to rent to someone I'm not familiar with to avoid being griefed.

No, we don't need a map wipe. Everyone had there chance at spawn realm's; people can still sell them and all. We will never need one again and I'm glad Intelli refuses to do so.

There is no need for a map wipe. We still have a TON of public land, a lot of it untouched. SPawn realms can be altered and changed without a map wipe. Just need to get people on board. I personally have been doing my best to create more natural looking land wherever I go.
