We don't actually have a ruling one way or another on what happens if someone is willing to BEAT a buyout price. Ideally, it's high enough that nobody will bother to try and contest it against anyone willing to pay that much (hint, hint).
In the mean time, you three might want to work it out in PMs. My suggestion would be that Keve might get a cut of that 100k bid, if he's willing to back down and let it be honored.
Of course, the auctioneer has to actually NOT REJECT the bids first, and if they don't think someone's likely to pay, or pay in a short time frame....

Also, as maxii pointed out, there's too many frivolous ban threats these days. Try talking it out as your first resort.

This is a childish counter argument. If the seller is willing to honor another bid, they have every right to do that. As Aelcalan pointed out (happens to be Staff), there is no rule or precedent for what to do. if he accepts Valon's offer, then there is nothing you can do about it.

Oh, and if he does, and you Ban Request, I will be glad to go over there and point out how stupid the request is.
