So I have just found a double spawner, and bought the realm. It is very very far away, so when I go /home from spawn, or my original house (located near Abyssus), I glitch into the void. So I type /home again and arrive at my /sethome area, but die instantly. This happens repeatedly, until once in 10 or so, I actually get home, and survive! Obviously this is not good for grinding and xp, so what should I do?

i have 2 suggestions.
1 try to make an railway from your /home area to the spawners
2 try to make an nether portal and make a nether road from your /home area to the Db spawner

Place a block or two under you and sethome on top. Proceed to remove the blocks. When I was having that issue, this worked for me. Good luck!

I don't think it is the items he/she is worried about but the XP.

Ahhh understood. Well this could still be taken care of in that manner, if an enchanting station is set up near the spawners. Then the ender chests could be used to transport unenchanted items to the spawner and enchanted items back to the main home area.

In the meantime, enchanting at the spawner still would help--if you /home afterwards and die, the item should still be accessible on the ground near your home position, and no xp will be lost since the item is already enchanted.

You realize that the ender chests will be a world wide accessed thing right? We will not have personal chests.

Also changing your /home spot sometimes helps and just for safety every time i tp to home or spawn or trade i always keep my finger over the esc button. If i tp into the ground i log out immediately and back in and I'll be on top of the ground and won't die.
