I have an underground house that I have expanded. It is underwater and fairly far from spawn, with a 1 block opening so it's very hidden. I can make the rooms any size you want, and very tall. I have a public (for people who have a room) tree farm, reed farm, and mine tunnel (with stairs, ladder, and a hole with water at the bottom for fast descents), and I might make a wheat farm if anyone wants it. I also have a wall of furnaces and crafting benches. As for decorations, the floor is grass (hax! ), with flowers scattered around, and I am going to add lava lighting somewhere.

As for cost, I really don't know, but it will depend on how big you want it to be, and if you want to buy or rent it.
Also there's a small chance I might not accept you if you are a huge jerk about applying or in-game, but I almost definitely will.
