Yesterday, I made a new PvP castle north of spawn. I come back today to find out that someone named geeksquad101 made a private realm over it with PvP disabled. Technically, he is allowed to do this because it was in the wilderness, but there are two things wrong with this:

1. the realm is almost as close to spawn as Creepington
2. It was built over another creation

What do you think should happen? I didn't realm the PvP castle because that would constrain the proportions, but I didn't think that this would happen. You decide

The exact same happened to the old PvP castle on Spawn bridge right after I disbanded the realm I held over it. I was really annoyed at first since it meant that not only was PvP disabled but it was also heavily griefed and the realm owner did not have a care for it at all (not fixing the damage etc). By the time the realm was deleted due to innactivity the castle was beyond repair and now only remnants remain as a part of Spawn bridge.

From what I've experienced the realm should be disbanded, but it will not be. As you didn't claim ownership of the castle yourself. You should've made a realm over it which also gives you the control in ability to disable PvP whilst you are fixing the innevitable griefing.

To actually answer the question instead of rambling on, no it is not fair but there is nothing that can be done about it. 3.0 is coming soon so I don't really see why you care.

EDIT: How did you think about tearing it down if it is a private realm?

Yeah, I guess I'll just build a plot called PvP castle in a few days. Thanks for the input

Geeksquad, wasn't he the guy that was raging because I kept killing him yesterday?
Anyway you need to earn his trust and get in the realm and get him to make you a leader so you can disband it, Its not that hard to trick newbbies.

Too late now. I went to his realm and he turned pvp on. I killed him in self defence of course. He had his entire life savings on him and now he hates me. It was fun though
