I have to say, this is a dumb idea. Let's not forget we all live in reality, and have to deal with criticism at some point. If we try to make an environment completely distant from reality, then the more time people (especially young people) spend on this server, the less they're going to be able to deal with what people may say about them in the real world. Let's not baby everyone here. It's only hurting them if we do.

Criticism and blatant name calling are two different things. Most people in the real world don't go around calling others hurtful names to demean and cause grief.

Criticism: the expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes

I don't know about you, but I tend to think of criticism as a constructive to help those being critiqued to grow and learn from their mistakes, not scold and demean them.

I would also like to take this time to remind everyone about
RULE #5: Please respect admins, mods, and all other players.

If you don't have anything nice or constructive to say, then don't say anything at all.
