The mob limiter script only does the following:
1. Checks each mob loaded into memory.
2. Finds other mobs within 3 blocks of that mob
3. If it finds more than 5 mobs, it removes the additional mobs.
So to clarify, if you have 5 mobs in one spot, it will not remove them.
If you have 11 mobs in one spot, it will remove 6 of them, and leave 5.
