How do you get realm credits fast?

By nature, you get realm credits by placing/removing blocks.
Each block is worth 0.5 realm credits.
So destroying or placing 2 blocks will get you 1 realm credit.
You can also get realm credits by working for other players.
Another method is to sell materials.

There is no "fast" way of getting realm credits.
You have to put in the time to get realm credits but the best bet is to just dig.
Dig for a very long time and then sell all your resources.

The server has not updated to 1.8, so you will not be able to play unless you magically get a hold of the 1.7.3 .jar (and no don't ask for it here, it is illegal to distribute).

Alright, start up minecraft.exe.
Then go to the 'multiplayer option' at the main menu, if you're running 1.8 then click 'add server', chose any name you like but for the server address type: game.minerealm.com(for survival), or creative.minerealm.com(for creative).
Keep in mind that the server has not yet updated for 1.8; meaning you won't be able to connect until it has, which could be a few days.
