Xray works, and I've seen people get away with it. I'm also kind of suspicious that some big time PVPers use radar hacks, (not NTC in this case) and get away with it because they have tons of friends on the server to back them up.

imo, we need no cheat type mods because people get away with hacks all the time.
The only way to make anti-radar/anti-xray stuff is to have a seperate client that we have to use to connect to Minerealm, or something like that. They are undetectable. Even if they are abused and even used frequently by smarter offenders (smarter in the sense that they don't get caught) we can't do much about it.

It'd be nice if people hadn't x-ray'd all the glowstone away.
Like respawning glowstone every once in a while would just be fantastic.
Also, I'd like to see the portal camping in the nether gone again. Since people can't grief in the nether, I think it's weird you can "do anything but" grief. You know what I mean?

Also, I think it'd be REALLY cool to have multiple owners of a realm!

And, events would be fun every once in a while too. Like, an obstacle course or something. =D

Well there are certain ways to combat it, namely replacing every ore vein with stone on the map sent to the player and as soon as the player can actually see that stone send a change event to the client, as if another player came up, mined the stone and placed a diamond ore in its place, that way no one could find out which stone is actually ore without mining to it (Okay there is a way but that one would be far more uncomfortable then the current one).
But it would put even larger strain(calculating which blocks the player can see) on the server then is already on it so I doubt that such a method or any of the other obfuscation methods will be implemented.

My own suggestions are:
a) worldmap, perhaps updated once a week when statistically the least amount of players are online
b) Write down the rules. I know the basic rules are at spawn and in the forum but I mean all the rules, for example I read constantly about that portal camping is legal or illegal, that the 2 weeks waiting before using disbanded realms is a rule or just a guideline etc. etc. I know the rules by now(I think), but I am missing one central sticky thread(or I simply overlooked it) with absolute authority where all the special cases of realm laws, disbanded realms ressource ownership, nether rules etc. are explained and updated when they change. I think that would solve quite some arguments.
c) Some way to aquire glowstone, since the prices are getting ridiculous
d) Player run shops, perhaps with extra high tax(20%-30%?) to keep player to player trade attractive
e) Perhaps some safe zones in the nether, not too big just something so people can load fully before they fight, preferably something where you can't really look out of without leaving the safe zone so they can't go in, see that people are there and then go back out again. The Nether should stay a dangerous zone where you can get attacked at every turn.

This would be nice. Many of these rules are set in place in threads with an ongoing argument (there was a time, for example, where the definition of portal camping changed over the course of a single thread, as one admin gave a definition and then another overruled him), so the specific details (e.g. we all know griefing is bad, but is such and such an action considered to be griefing?) are tough to know unless you follow the forums closely.

Nah, glowstone is supposed to be a rare and valuable resource. If everyone was able to get some for free, it would devalue the glowstone that some players bought at a great expense to themselves or their realms. Also, if it was spawned out of nowhere to appear in the overworld or in the nether, that would undermine the "legit" nature of the server.

I like that idea. As an alternative, if a modified version of the country system ever comes back, the tax rate of the country which controls the store's realm could determine the tax levels.

Now that the map has been brought back and all are happy*. I'd like to see a reintroduction of the /border command as was included in Minerealm 3.6.8, and then disappeared shortly there after. I found the command very useful in planning my realm expansions during the ~week that it was a valid command.
