Also, just an add-on to this. I think that we need more people welcoming new comers. Like for example: "OneManPolarBearPac has joined the game for the first time". Us: "Welcome to MineRealm, OneManPolarBearPac!". I remember the only reason I stayed on the server when I first joined MineRealm was the people that welcomed me. It made me feel like I belonged, and was a part of the community, and not someone that no one cared about. So I think that we should all welcome new players that join the game the first time. Not really scare them off, just say hi, give them some tips, etc.

The first day of OPERATION OP and we're getting a newb every 15 seconds or so, and most aren't immediately banned. I may post some screenies later. In any case, it's definitely working.

Honestly, I was expecting this to be crazy and hectic with griefs and looting and hacking here and there, but it's gone very well! Great job to the staff and the all Minerealm members who helped today! Although I'm still afraid of squatters...
